There is a particular kind of light that comes after rain — when the mist begins to lift, the horizon softens, and for a moment the landscape feels almost dreamlike.

Dreaming in Light captures that fleeting space. Layers of deep forest green rise through soft atmospheric blues, while pale light moves across the sky, drawing the eye beyond what can be seen. There is a sense of looking through rather than simply looking at — towards something distant, quiet and full of possibility.

A companion to After the Rain, the two works share the same atmospheric palette and sense of stillness. Where After the Rain holds the quiet exhale after the storm, Dreaming in Light looks towards the horizon as the world begins to open again.
